LAMA Statement of Faith
We believe …
In the Trinity, Father Son and Holy Spirit.
The bible is the inspired/infallible word of God to men.
Jesus is God the second person of the trinity, conceived by the Holy Spirit , born of the virgin Mary, that he died for our sins, was buried and was raised on the third day according to the scriptures, that he is seated at the right hand of the Father and that he is coming again.
That we are all sinners and in need of redemption, that salvation only comes through Jesus.
In water baptism.
In the work of the Holy Spirit giving various gifts for the common good.
In the resurrection of the dead and a final judgment.
In unity of the body of Christ, as many parts, baptized by one spirit in one body.
