Auffa Joshua Dabawa

Hope you are doing well.
I’m Joshua Auffa Dabawa, a Nigerian, full-time volunteer missionary with “Youth with a Mission”; a global missionary organization that is committed to presenting the person and the gospel message of Jesus Christ, currently operating in over 200 nations and over 1200 locations of the world.
I have been actively serving as a volunteer missionary with “Youth with a Mission”, Ibadan base in Oyo state, Nigeria since 2018 until 2024 where I served as coordinator and teacher of the YWAM DTS (Discipleship training school). I have lead outreach teams to the field, and been deeply involved in the base administrations.
Besides my involvement with “Youth with a Mission, Ibadan” I also have done pioneering mission work among the “HAUSA MIGRANTS” in Ibadan, in the southwest of Nigeria. Hausa migrants are people fleeing from the northern part of Nigeria as a result of persecution, insecurity, and hardship. We gather every Sunday morning for fellowship, discipleship, and one-on-one mentorship. I am actively training someone to be equipped to continue the ministry work among the migrants.
Recently, God is inviting me to Peru, to continue with his mission work. I am called particularly to partner with “Youth with a Mission, LAMA, Ica Peru base, South America.
I have been granted a Peruvian tourist visa already and upon arrival will pursue extending it to a full missionary visa.
I am praying for support, to help me with this great change in my life direction. I am soliciting your financial support and generosity to cater for these expenses (flight tickets, logistics, and other expenses) which will cost over $2700, plus another $300 to apply and pursue religious visa. For a minimum 3 month stay, tourist visa limits an additional $900 is needed for living expenses. If I am successful in attaining my religous visa, I will need support for $300/month going forward.
